What items are returnable?

- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable if applicable.
- Rest Assure all returns are free.
How do I return?
- Send us a email on the contact us form. Write your order number and reason to return the goods. We will review and send you return confirmation and address by email. You can email us directly at contact@urban86.com in case you have any issue related to returns.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Return on One of a Kind ?
Customer have 3 days after receiving the product to return the product. The customer would have to return this product to our warehouse at their cost.
We would only be able to give you store credit on these.
